At Michael Kan Law, we specialise in representing people who are charged with criminal offences. We are vigourous litigants appearing daily at Court and can assist in a variety of offences such as drug offending, traffic offences, property/fraud offences, assault charges, sexual crimes and parole. We are also able to assist in police interviews / detainments by a law enforcement agency for questioning.
